    Footnote:
    The best known maker off this distinctive form of commode, characteristic of Stockholm in the late 1760s, was Johan Neijber ( maître in 1768) but the type was also made by his competitors Matthias Engström, Lars Bolin and Jonas Wahlbeck (see: T. Sylvén, Mästarnas Möbler, Stockholm, 1996, p. 115, p. 69, p. 273, p. 276 and p. 361).
