With heraldic wyvern crest and monogram D/HM and dated 1668.

  • Provenance:
    Property from the Estate of George Maharis.
  • Dimensions: length 10 1/2in (27cm); width 7in (18cm); weight approximately 6.3oz troy
  • Condition: Marked to outside edge. Marks rubbed and partly illegible. General marks, scratches, rubbing, bending, softening to detail of decoration and wear. Handles appear roughly applied and are possibly later. With creases around one handle at joint with bowl. Heraldic crest possibly a later addition.
