1716, rubbed marks to underside, with later marks to stem for Garrard, London, 1838

    Footnote:
    The engraved crest is that of John Campbell, the 2nd Marquess of Breadalbane.

  • height 4in (10cm); diameter 9 3/4in (24.5cm); weight approximately 20oz troy
  • Condition:
  • Part marked to underside of plate with Britannia and date letter A - marks rubbed. Stem probably later added and marked for Garrard 1838. General marks, scratches, rubbing, spotting, notable losses and fading to gilding especially to center of tazza. Compression of tazza on to stem. Scratch weight to underside of plate. Engraved as stated.
